Whenua Pupuke is Waitemata District Health Board’s new and beautifully appointed education centre situated on the North Shore Hospital campus.
The centre looks out over Lake Pupuke and is a fantastic venue for your next conference or seminar.
The auditorium seats 248 (including two accessible spaces for wheelchair users). Your presenters can take advantage of the lake view as a backdrop, or use all three screens with the latest in audio-visual technology. Manuka Room accommodates 28 people seated in seminar style (in rows) and has an operable wall that links it to the Harakeke room. Harakeke Room has a capacity of 25 seated in seminar style, audio-visual technology and an operable wall connecting with the Manuka Room. The Rata and Kawakawa rooms are interconnecting rooms with an operable wall. The Rata Room seats 60 people in seminar style and has audio-visual and video conferencing. The Rata and Kawakawa rooms have been designed for clinical skills training, but can be easily adapted as an exhibition area with electrical power points integrated along the flooring. Enquire here.
