Pacific Support Service

• Pacific Support Services is a team of Pacific cultural workers
• Provide support and advice to Pacific patients/families admitted to Waitakere or North Shore Hospitals

• Basic language support to help you communicate and better understand your treatment and care while in hospital
• Emotional and case support
• Help when you are discharged from hospital so you know what to do when you return home
• Advice and support relating to any follow-up appointments or procedures you may need
• Advice on other community-based health/support services available to you once you have left hospital

Service Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am - 4pm
