• The Department of General Surgery at North Shore Hospital services a wide range of conditions within:

• neck
• skin (including trauma)
• Vascular surgery patients area are sent to the vascular service at Auckland City Hospital

• Many patients are also referred to surgeons with conditions that do not need surgical procedures, instead require counselling or medical treatment
