• Working together with your family/whanau to see optimal quality of life and health for your children
• If your child requires ongoing care at home we can provide comprehensive home based specialist nursing support
• Our team of experienced children's community nurses is available to sick children from birth to adolescence

Services

• Offer help and support to families/whanau
• Facilitate and follow up hospital discharges
• Provide short and long-term follow up for children
• Liaise with other health professionals to provide the most effective and efficient care available
• Speech Language Therapists and Dietitians are part of the Child Development team
