  • North Shore Hospital
    • Ph (09) 486 8900 ext 2776
    • To get to Physiotherapy Outpatients or the Allied Health Department
      • Park in the main carpark and walk towards the hospital building
      • Instead of entering through the main entrance, make your way to the left and enter through ENTRANCE 3
      • Once through Entrance 3, walk straight, passing through 3 sets of doors until you reach the end of the corridor 
      • You are now at the Allied Health/Physiotherapy Reception Desk
  • Waitakere Hospital
    • Ph (09) 486 8900 ext 6589
    • To get to the Therapy Department
      • Option 1: Enter through the main entrance and follow signs to Therapy Department
      • Option 2: Enter through Entrance F and follow signs to Therapy Department
